November 9, 2005 Reviewer: Michael (GearZone.com Tester) from Utah, United States   The Ultraght .9 is the perfect size for mountaineering and climbing trips, expedition adventure races, extended backpacking trips or when you need to take care of a group of people.   The Ultralight Series, by Adventure Medical Kits, are the best lightweight kits on the market. What separates the AMK Ultralight kits? The Aloksak waterproof bags keep all contents dry and protected. The Aloksaks are air tight, waterproof and very durable. A Sil-Nylon outer bag protects the Aloksak from abrasion and light. Every item that is included in the AMK kits is thought out to provide the maximum protection in a medical situation for the weight. I have personally used these kits in two expedition adventure races, numerous shorter adventure races, many mountaineering trips, trail running and mountain biking weekly. Every time a medical situation has come up, I had what I needed in the Adventure Medical Kits. The contents were always dry, clean and ready for use.
