Description   Better than the 2007 model, the 2006 Atlas 10 Series uses 7075-T7 aluminum tubing. The 2007 Atlas 10 Series uses 6061 aluminum tubing. The winter can be a great time to get into the backcountry. And the Atlas 10 Series is the ultimate go anywhere snowshoe for traveling across flat to mountain terrain. The Atlas patented Spring-Loaded binding with lateral flex allows secure, stable footing on any terrain. Spring-Loaded binding elimates heel twist and limits step rotation for enhanced maneuverability. New ArchFlex™ binding features built in arch support, a padded tongue, and an easy, single pull loop closure that wraps securely and distibutes pressure evenly for the ultimate performance fit. Superior stainless steel All-Trac™ toe crampons, heel crampons and Traverse Trac™ side traction rails provide secure footing on all types of terrain, descents, ascents and traverses. The lightest and strongest snowshoe frame available, made from Easton 7075-T7 aluminum tubing. Duratek™ deck is lighter and super abrasion resistant. 1025 Model is 25" in length, 179 sq in surface area, 3.99 lbs and can support 120 to 200 lbs. 1030 Model is 30" in length, 230 sq in surface area, 4.25 lbs and can support 170 to 250 lbs.
