Description   The Atlas Junior is an excellent snowshoe for kids hiking across flat to rolling terrain. Superior flotation begins with the frame. Which is why Atlas makes the Junior snowshoes with the lightest weight aluminum tubing available. One piece Nytex™ deck is durable and abrasion resistant. Simple "one-click" kid-friendly buckle and adjustable strap. Adjustable footbed allows the snowshoes to grow with the child. Atlas bindings attach to your kids' feet in a way that allows them to move the way they are used to moving. So it's like they're not even wearing snowshoes. Atlas makes comfortable bindings specifically for the right and left foot. Seems obvious when taking comfort but not everyone does it. Traction is provided by a patented dual-crampon system for sure footing on all types of terrain: uphill, downhill and sidehill.
