The Camelbak Octane 18X Hydration Pack's innovative, versatile and ultralight design is ideal for multisport use.

Center zip expansion for additional storage capacity changes the volume from 1000 to 1276 cubic inches (16.4 to 20.9 liters). This allows you to have small pack when you need it and a larger pack with you need more space. With the expansion system unzipped, you have access to a large stuff-it pocket with clip.

External reservoir access makes it  fast and easy to fill your hydration reservoir. The included 100 oz (3 liter) Antidote Reservoir with Lifetime Warranty and patented Ergo HydroLock is ideal for hydration on the go.

Two quick attachment points enable you to strap trekking poles or mountaineering axe to the rear of the pack. A small zippered pocket on rear of the pack is ideal for MP3 players or sunglasses. Zippered hipbelt pockets and a stretch mesh pocket on the left shoulder strap provide access to essentials on the move. Waistbelt is designed for maximum load stability.

The sternum strap is adjustable up or down 6 inches to where it is most comfortable for you. Air Channel™ back panel with Air Mesh delivers enhanced ventilation. Reflective strips on the front and back increase low-light visibility.
