PERFIX® adjustment system provides a perfect fit for every shape of head. Put on the helmet, press the real wheel, rotate clockwise to fasten, rotate counter-clockwise to enlarge (51-62cm), lower or rise the button for better fitting, adjust the side. worthy January 30, 2006 Reviewer: mauricio osorio from malverne, NY United States   I look kind of weird though, but it is extremely confortable and secure.
