The Petzl Zipka Plus 2 headlamp integrates two light sources for versatility: 1 high-output LED, and 1 red LED. A retractable cord replaces the elastic headband, making it even more compact, lightweight and versatile.

The Zipka Plus 2 can be worn on the head, wrist, arm or affixed to an object. Potentional uses are unlimited. Zip retractable cord is made of Dyneema® for excellent durability

Five lighting modes (three continuous and two blinking) are accessed by a simple electronic push-button switch. The white LED delivers 50 lumens in maximum mode and lights up to 35 meters. In economic mode, it can reach a burn-time of 140 hours.

The red LED provides lighting to preserve night vision or to become a blinking light for increased safety. Battery charge indicator light comes on when the headlamp illuminates for less than 5 meters and there is only 50% burn-time remaining for proximity lighting.

The head unit is compatible with the ADAPT mounting system. The battery compartment is hinged for easier access along with an easier to use closure system. Compatible with lithium batteries, which are lighter than alkaline batteries, and have better performance at lower temperatures.

Zipka Plus 2 is rated at IP X4 (water-resistant) for all-weather use. Compatible with lithium batteries, alkaline batteries and NiMH and NiCAD rechargeable batteries. Operates with 3 AAA batteries (included). 3 year Petzl guarantee.
