Description Sizing Chart   The Smartwool PhD Nordic Light Socks combines merino wool, dense toe and heel cushioning, with an improved fit system to give you one of the best nordic socks available. Light half-cushioning in sole protects against blisters and abrasion. Smartwool socks wicks moisture faster, reduce blisters and keeps your feet at a more comfortable temperature. The natural crimp in Smartwool fibers trap air pockets within the fabric, keeping your feet warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Smartwool used paper-thin force sensors to measure the pressures athletes' feet endured as they pursued their sports.
