Description Technical Specs   The Spyderco Rescue 79mm Knife has a rounded-tip blade to lessen the probability of the piercing/puncturing inflatable watercraft or people. Spyderco's Rescue sheepfoot blade is flat saber-ground VG-10. The Spyderco Trademark Round Hole is enlarged to 14mm resulting in an enlarged hump that boosts ergonomics, strengthens the blade and lessens fatigue during long term/repetitive cutting. Spine texturing, a deep choil and Volcano-Grip keep the knife from slipping in the hand. FRN handle comes equipped with an ambidextrous tip-up carrying clip. Locking lever dent inhibits the lock from accidental release if the handle is gripped with great force. Cutting during emergency situations requires a readily accessible knife that is able to quickly and safely cut around people in hectic surroundings.  The Sheepfoot blade slips under clothing, rope and bindings for safeguarded cutting without sharp tip worries.
