Description   The Suunto X3 HR is great for training and outdoor activities. Designed specifically for Multi-Sport applications, it features a Heart Rate Monitor, Altimeter, Barometer, Thermometer and Watch. The Heart Rate Monitor can help you train for better performance with a graphical target zone indicator. Upper and lower heart rate limits can be set for target zone training. Audible and visual alarms alert you when you are exceeding preset limits. Crucial information can be stored for later viewing: training time, maximum, minimum and average heart rate, total ascent and decent, highest and lowest altitude and 10 split times with heart rate. The batteries on both the watch and transmeter belt are user-replaceable. Elevation can be read in either feet or meters which is handy for when you travel. The face has an "Indiglo" type Backlight to make night use easy. This is a great watch for fitness training and racing. It can improve your performance and navigation.
