SnakePlate� provides protection as well as an intimate feel for the surface of the trail. High abrasion sticky rubber grips surfaces, including the occasional water-slickened rock field. Breathability lets the foot stay cool while drainage lets it dry out after a river crossing.

Ideal for the varied uses of the multisport athlete, the new X-2 02� heel air bag provides an added measure of cushioning and protection for the athlete moving fast over rugged terrain, and stands up to repeated pounding, stride after stride.

Upper has ultra lightweight, hydrophobic synthetic nubuck and breathable mesh, protective-vented TPU toe cap, 14 abrasion resistant mono-mesh drainage ports.

Bottom has lightweight EVA midsole with X-2� cushioning on a low-profile platform, innovative TPU forefoot with medial/lateral outriggers, Tenacious� Grip sticky rubber outsole.
